180 student ministry exists for the PURPOSE of providing a place of BELONGING for students in the BODY of CHRIST.

This PURPOSE is accomplished through the FIVE tasks of the N.T. church:

Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Missions, and Ministry.

Statement of Beliefs

1.  BIBLE: The Bible is God’s Word, His self-revelation to man.  It is “truth without mixture of error” and our sole authority for decision making, ethics, and lifestyle choices.

2.  JESUS:  Jesus is the Son of God become man. His substitutionary death on the cross atoned a man’s sins.  He is the Lord of Glory at the right hand of God the Father, and we live in the shadow of His promised return.

3.  SALVATION: Salvation is by grace which comes through faith in Jesus as Christ the Lord. It cannot be earned, and thus cannot be lost.

4. BAPTISM: Baptism is an act of obedience expected of every believer based on one’s commitment to the Lordship of Christ.
